Day 12 -- Two Week Photo

I have decided that Fridays are my measurement day, so even though it has not been a full 14 days, below is my two-week photo. I am amazed at the change! I have not lost a lot of weight (just 4lbs), but I have dropped 4% in body fat. That means I have put on substantial lean muscle. You can't see all that lean muscle because it is still covered in my remaining 31% body fat. But just wait until I am at 20% and then 15%, then all the work outs will pay off.
I did shave the beard off too early though -- that pesky double chin is still dogging me. I also have not seen any change in my blood pressure readings.
Well, its off to lower body work out today.
