Protien Pancakes Video-cast

My favorite breakfast on body-for-life is whey protein pancakes. This is my own creation. They are made with whey protein and a serving has about 40g of protein. The pancakes count as the protein, not the carbohydrates. I add fresh strawberries and bananas on top or I eat them taco style with my favorite Yoplait yogurt.
